Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2-3Β business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped, along with tracking info.

We lovingly pack and ship everything ourselves to ensure your order arrives safe, clean, and wag-worthy.

We currently ship within the US.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking to become active.

We totally understand how frustrating it can be if your package is delayed or damaged in transit. If your order is lost, arrives damaged, or hasn’t shown up after the expected delivery window:
